As of May 31, 2026, Dr. Newman has retired, and the IBC clinic is now permanently closed.

Given the closure, the previous content of this site is not currently available. Dr. Newman remains the copyright owner of all content and is considering future plans to make that content available in some manner. Please check back for any future updates on this.
